How to Block sexy pages on Facebook

IN these day on facebook when u open ur account and surfing on ur facebook wall there are sexy materiel pages are appear on ur right side of wall .its look very  bad :(
Here the method to Block these unwanted pages  

1. Go to facebook home pages 
2. On the Top right corner on the browser window click on setting icon and then choose Privacy setting from the drop down menu 
3. On the left sidebar click on apps
4. Now scroll down on this pages and find 'Instant personalization ' and click on edit 
5. A new pop up window may open click on close 
6. Uncheck the option say 'Enable  instant personalization on partner website'
7. A new pop up will open to asking for confirmation click confirmation
8. that all enjoy ur account :)
